It has been a busy few days here, shipping orders, packaging and labeling plus creating some awesome new products, and of course already planning my next projects, I have to keep notes to remember it all.

Yes, I miss painting a lot and I hope someday to get back to it but for now I will just have to go with what I have, I hope I get better vision restored but it doesn't seem to be happening as I have to continue with the eye injections for macular degeneration and ouch, they hurt like hell.

I am sharing a couple new products that I have added to my small line of inventory, it does seem to be growing though and that makes me happy, not so much about the money, although, it does help cover expenses but just knowing that I am still being a creative person.

 I am in love with soap molds these days, so very many in all shapes and sizes. The silicone ones are pretty much all I use though, so much easier to unmold the soaps. Of course the loaf shapes are nice for stacking colors, which is all new to me but it is fun to play with layering colors and such. I have joined several soap groups on facebook, some of these soapers are masters at soap art but I am content for now and my evening shower time is awesome, I never know which one I want to use that day. Below are just a few of the molds that I got recently and haven't had a chance to try out yet.

 Hello to all my friends, it has been a long time since I have updated this blog, but I am looking forward to getting back to it. As you all know, I am a painter and designer for many years but alas, my eyesight has diminished and I find myself searching for a new home hobby that holds my interest, and I have found that I really enjoy making soaps and body butters and so much more, the house is often fragrant with some new scent I am trying.

I am naming my little side hustle Small Batches, Soaps, Etc. I have already started selling to friends and neighbors and a few online orders, it is so exciting at the age of 76 to be able to achieve a new goal. Nothing will ever truly take the place of painting for me but this is running a very close second, I am hoping with time and some eye treatments that my eyesight will be at least partially restored but now I have something to fall back on with my free time. When I say free time, that covers many hours, I have become quite reclusive in my older age and home feels like my safety net, I even have a personal shopper now and he knows exactly what I want and from what stores.

I am including a couple photos of things I have been working on and aas I learn more of course I will let you all know.

With this new year, I wish you all the very best, may you and yours be blessed with good health and much love. We all need to be thankful for our many blessings. I personally have so much to be grateful for and I thank our Lord every single day, for although I live a humble lifestyle, I am happy to have a home, food, warmth in the cold and an abundance of friends and family to check in on me daily. I even stayed up to ring in the new year. though it was with sleepy eyes.

Hello dear friends, it's been a long time since I have updated this blog and so much has happened in the last couple years, I am doing well but have also been very busy with other things.

I have moved twice but happy to say that I am back in my sweet cottage here in Western, PA. No matter where you go, home is the best.

I have done so many paintings and have been selling quite a few as well as gifting a lot. I also mad myself several areas on the walls for what I call, my walls of fame.
